一路有影 TrailReel
簡單說
一路有影不需要帳號，我們不蒐集你的個人資料。你記錄的路線、照片與產生的影片都只存在你的手機裡，我們看不到，也不會上傳。免費版的 Android App 會顯示 Google 提供的廣告，廣告相關的資料由 Google 處理，詳見下方「廣告」。
位置資料
只有在你按下「開始記錄」之後，App 才會使用定位，並只需要「使用 App 期間」的權限，用來記錄路線、速度與海拔。位置資料存在手機裡，不會傳送到我們。你可以隨時刪除行程，或在系統設定中關閉定位權限。
為了替行程自動取名（例如「高雄市 → 臺南市」）並在影片上標出沿途地名，App 會使用手機系統內建的地名查詢（iPhone 由 Apple 提供、Android 由 Google 提供）：只送出路線上取樣的少數座標（每趟最多約 40 個），換回縣市與鄉鎮名稱。這些座標不會經過我們的伺服器，也不包含你的照片或其他資料。
相機與相簿
相機用於沿途拍照或錄短片打卡；相簿用於挑選照片、自動配對到路線上，以及把影片存回相簿。照片與影片都留在手機上。
網路連線
顯示地圖與產生影片時，App 會向免費地圖圖資服務下載地圖圖片（OpenFreeMap、EOX Sentinel-2 cloudless、AWS Open Data Terrain Tiles），產生影片時也會向 Google Fonts 下載影片字型。這些請求只包含要下載的地圖範圍或文字，和一般瀏覽網頁一樣會帶有你的 IP 位址，但不包含你的行程、照片或任何帳號資料。
廣告
免費版的 Android App 會在主畫面下方顯示橫幅廣告；產生影片前，App 會先詢問，你同意後才播放一段獎勵廣告。廣告由 Google AdMob 提供。為了顯示與衡量廣告、防範詐騙，Google 會蒐集並使用裝置的廣告 ID、IP 位址（可推估大略所在地區）、裝置與 App 的基本資訊，以及你和廣告的互動。App 不會把你的路線、GPS 位置、照片或影片提供給 Google 或任何廣告商。
在歐洲經濟區、英國與瑞士等地，App 第一次開啟時會以 Google 的同意畫面詢問你是否同意個人化廣告，之後可以在 App 的「設定 → 廣告隱私選項」修改。你也可以在 Android 的系統設定中重設或刪除廣告 ID。Google 如何使用這些資料，請見 Google 的說明。
訂閱版不顯示任何廣告。iPhone 版目前不含廣告。
購買與訂閱
「一路有影 Plus」的訂閱與一次買斷都透過 Google Play 付款，付款資料由 Google 處理，我們不會取得你的信用卡或其他付款資訊。App 只會向 Google Play 查詢你是否擁有 Plus，並把結果存在手機上，不會把購買紀錄傳到我們的伺服器。訂閱可以隨時在 Google Play 管理或取消。
不賣資料
除了上述由 Google 處理的廣告資料之外，App 不做使用者追蹤、不分析你的使用行為，我們也不會出售任何資料。
兒童
本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會蒐集兒童的個人資料。

In short
TrailReel needs no account and we do not collect personal data. The routes you record, your photos and the videos you create are stored only on your phone. We cannot see them and they are never uploaded. The free Android app shows ads provided by Google, and ad-related data is handled by Google — see “Ads” below.
Location
The app uses location only after you tap “Start recording”, and only needs “While Using the App” permission, to record your route, speed and elevation. Location data is stored on your phone and is never sent to us. You can delete trips at any time or turn off location access in Settings.
To name trips automatically (e.g. “Kaohsiung → Tainan”) and label places along the route in videos, the app uses the phone’s built-in place lookup (provided by Apple on iPhone and Google on Android). It sends only a small number of sampled route coordinates (about 40 per trip at most) and gets back city and district names. These coordinates never pass through our servers and include no photos or other data.
Camera and photos
The camera is used to take check-in photos and short clips; the photo library is used to pick photos, match them to your route and save videos. Photos and videos stay on your phone.
Network
To show maps and create videos, the app downloads map tiles from free map services (OpenFreeMap, EOX Sentinel-2 cloudless, AWS Open Data Terrain Tiles) and video fonts from Google Fonts. These requests contain only the map area or text to download and, like any web request, your IP address — never your trips, photos or account data.
Ads
The free Android app shows a banner ad at the bottom of the main screen, and before a video is made it asks whether you want to watch a short rewarded ad, which plays only if you agree. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google collects and uses your device’s advertising ID, IP address (which can indicate your general region), basic device and app information, and your interactions with ads. The app never shares your routes, GPS location, photos or videos with Google or any advertiser.
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent to personalized ads with Google’s consent form the first time you open it; you can change your choice later in Settings → Ad privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android system settings. To learn how Google uses this data, see Google’s explanation.
The subscription version shows no ads. The iPhone app currently has no ads.
Purchases and subscriptions
TrailReel Plus subscriptions and the one-time purchase are paid through Google Play. Payment details are handled by Google; we never receive your card or other payment information. The app only asks Google Play whether you own Plus and stores the result on your phone — purchase records are never sent to our servers. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Google Play.
No selling
Apart from the ad data handled by Google described above, the app does no user tracking or usage analytics, and we never sell any data.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect personal data from children.
